Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Geekpro.com handles refunds for products and services.

How Refunds Are Issued

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If your return is processed after we receive your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to complete the return and issue your refund. When you return an item, your refund amount and how it’s issued may vary depending on the item’s condition, how long you’ve had it, and how you purchased it. Refunds typically take between 3-5 business days.

If you believe any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at support@geekpro.help. We will promptly correct any inaccuracies found.

Products

Due to the digital nature of our product distribution (activation/license codes), Geekpro.help cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products once delivered and the activation/license key has been viewed. All sales are final.

You may request a refund if you have not yet retrieved the activation/license key from our system. If you have already retrieved the activation/license key, NO REFUNDS will be granted. Please ensure the software is compatible with your system before retrieving the activation/license key.

Support Services

  1. Disclaimer

1.1 Geekpro.help will only perform and provide support and services as requested by the customer. We will conduct services with honesty, reasonableness, and consideration. Our goal is to provide the highest quality service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.

1.2 Services are provided on a per-service basis. There may be circumstances where your request cannot be serviced or fulfilled.

1.3 The time required to provide service/support cannot be predicted.

1.4 You acknowledge that data loss is a potential risk during the service process. You agree that you have created the necessary backups of your data so it can be restored in case of such loss. Geekpro.help will not be responsible for data loss.

1.5 You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or support to install any necessary software on your system to perform the required services. All software will be deleted/uninstalled upon completion of the service.

  1. Billing Terms

2.1 Computer support/services are billed as stated on the service order provided. Charges are calculated based on the service you purchased as per invoice.

2.2 An estimate of cost for work will be provided before performing computer services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed.

2.3 In the case of an unforeseen deviation exceeding the estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at the estimate limit.

2.4 If we cannot reach you, work will stop until contact is established. Once reached, your decision to continue or stop will be honored by Geekpro.help.

  1. Payment Terms & Refunds

3.1 Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.

3.2 Computer parts, hardware, or software that are ordered or specially ordered must be paid for in advance.

3.3 Geekpro.help accepts checks and credit cards.

3.4 If you are not satisfied with the service after work is performed within 60 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

  1. Liability

4.1 Services are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer system(s) for which you request such service(s).

4.2 We will not intentionally harm your system. Our primary goal is to fix your computer, not damage it.

4.3 In the case of accidental damage to your system or data loss caused by existing problems in your system such as viruses, poorly configured software, or hardware problems/failures, you agree to hold Geekpro.help and any person(s) associated with Geekpro.help or involved in the work performed for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems.

4.4 It is your responsibility to back up your data. Geekpro.help will not be responsible for data loss (See Section 1.4 above).

  1. Support

5.1 Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

5.2 All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner, considering the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.

5.3 Free support will be provided for problems arising from the service order that were not resolved.

  1. Support & Service Guarantee

6.1 All services and repairs are guaranteed for 60 days from the completion/acceptance date on the Service Order.

6.2 If it is later found that the service or repair was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician, Geekpro.help will perform the repair/service free of any labor charge or a refund will be processed as per mutual agreement.
